Osteoarthritis in Cats
Until the early 2000s there was little published information regarding feline osteoarthritis. This talk will cover the reasons that cats were, until relatively recently, thought rarely to suffer from osteoarthritis, what we now know of the incidence of osteoarthritis in cats and how we now assess the severity of osteoarthritis in cats. A clinical emphasis will focus on how osteoarthritis in cats is diagnosed and treated in practice.
